The Stivers Ford project in Birmingham's Palisades area, near Homewood, was a significant endeavor that repurposed the abandoned site of the former Virginia College into a bustling car dealership. This development not only revitalized a once-neglected property but also bolstered Birmingham’s economic landscape by increasing the capacity for vehicle inventory and enhancing service facilities.

Scope of Work:

1. Site Preparation and Grading:
   Our team expertly handled the site preparation, grading a 1.5-acre building pad, parking lot, and underneath the parking deck. The 9 acre site's transformation required precise earthmoving and grading to ensure a solid foundation for the dealership's operations.

2. Rock Hammering and Material Export:
   Given the challenging terrain, we conducted extensive rock hammering and exported substantial amounts of dirt, rock, concrete, and asphalt. This meticulous process ensured the site was ready for construction, maintaining structural integrity and preparing for further development stages.

3. Road and Traffic Rerouting:
   To accommodate the dealership and minimize disruption to the surrounding area, we managed road and traffic rerouting. This included designing and implementing new traffic patterns that facilitated smooth access to the site, enhancing both safety and convenience for future visitors.

4. Utility Installation:
